LHH is currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Frisco, TX area. The ideal candidate will have strong print and digital design experience to support the development of branded creative across packaging, labels, marketing collateral, and digital channels. This role is ideal for a hands‑on designer with a strong eye for layout, typography, production detail, and brand consistency, especially within consumer packaged goods or product‑focused environments. This is a fully onsite role at our client’s office in the Frisco area.
Responsibilities
Design and execute a wide range of print and digital assets, including product labels, packaging, sales materials, marketing collateral, digital ads, social graphics, email graphics, and web assets.
Create and update packaging and label designs while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, readability, and production readiness.
Prepare print‑ready files, working with dielines, bleeds, color specifications, file setup, and vendor requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to translate business needs into polished, on‑brand creative.
Manage multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines, product positioning, and visual standards across print and digital touchpoints.
Review proofs, make revisions, and coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, or production partners as needed.
Stay current on design trends, packaging trends, and best practices for consumer‑facing creative.
Requirements
5–10 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
Experience designing labels, packaging, and consumer‑facing product materials.
CPG, retail, food/beverage, beauty, wellness, home goods, or product‑based brand experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of print production, packaging files, dielines, color management, and vendor handoff.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience working with regulated or compliance‑driven packaging and label requirements, highly preferred.
Ability to design across multiple channels while maintaining consistent brand identity and visual quality.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable working onsite at our client’s office in Frisco, TX.
