E‑Commerce & Customer Experience Lead

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Customer Service & E‑Commerce Supervisor for our Tallahassee store. You will lead checkout support, grocery delivery and pickup operations, focusing on safety, quality of online orders, and a smooth pickup experience for customers.
You will monitor KPIs in-store, manage capacity and labor, coach team members, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards while promoting WFM values and store programs.
