Style Advisor

positions are open at Equinox Sports Club in San Francisco. This Full‑Time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, meeting sales goals, and supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly sales goals, contributing to the store’s overall target.

Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all Shop and club visitors.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of club and Shop products, services, programs, and policies.

Uphold loss prevention, inventory management, and other operational policies consistently.

Assist the Shop Manager in executing merchandising, marketing, and brand standards, and ensure dress code compliance.

Maintain excellent housekeeping and organization on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms.

Build and maintain effective relationships with teammates, supervisors, and clients.

Stay informed about club activities and support company initiatives.

Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy.

Qualifications

Ability to take direction and work independently.

Experience in a customer‑service‑focused business, preferably retail.

Hardworking, diligent, honest, with integrity.

Excellent time‑management, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Comfortable adopting new techniques and ideas.

Available for a varied schedule to meet operational needs.

Essential Physical Requirements
Stand for long periods, sit, run, walk, jump, squat, bend, and reach. Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
