Responsibilities
Design and deploy customized talent and learning solutions (e.g., workshops, learning journeys, toolkits) aligned to business and regional needs
Partner with Talent Partnering, HR, and business leaders to co-create scalable, high-quality learning interventions
Localize and deliver content to reflect regional priorities, cultural nuances, and evolving business strategies
Support high-growth sites, new country expansions, and transformation initiatives through targeted enablement
Reinforce leadership behaviors and enterprise values through culture activation and on-site engagement
Leverage AI tools to rapidly design, personalize, and scale learning content and experiences
Drive adoption of learning platforms (e.g., LXP) and embed learning strategies into day-to-day workflows
Facilitate onboarding programs (e.g., orientations, fab bootcamp) to improve new hire readiness and productivity
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness
Proven experience designing and delivering customized talent solutions within complex, global organizations
Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and end-to-end learning experience development
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders
