Responsibilities
Execute North America commercial marketing plans aligned with sales strategies and growth objectives, coordinating timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders.
Leverage AI-based tools to accelerate the creation and optimization of marketing assets, including web copy, videos, blogs, product descriptions, email content, and campaign messaging, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
Partner with Sales Managers, Channel Managers, distributors/representatives, and Product Management to deliver targeted programs for key verticals, OEMs, and strategic accounts, including coordination of content syndication with distribution.
Execute digital marketing initiatives such as email, web/CMS updates, social media, and landing pages.
Apply AI-powered search and SEO best practices to improve search performance, lead generation, and discoverability.
Manage and grow the social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement through content planning, post scheduling, community interaction, and performance reporting.
Plan and support trade shows, industry events, conferences, and distributor meetings, including logistics, materials, and post‑event follow‑up.
Maintain marketing content libraries, databases, and document repositories ensuring materials meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Support value propositions, messaging, and competitive positioning by collecting and sharing market feedback (customer needs, competitive insights, and emerging trends).
Track and report on marketing activities (campaign performance, lead metrics, engagement) and support development of training materials, webinars, and distributor education content.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The ability to travel up to 25% for trade shows, events, and team collaboration.
Typically requires 3+ years of experience in commercial marketing, channel marketing, B2B marketing, or industrial marketing roles.
Experience supporting a technical or industrial product line.
Experience developing marketing content, sales enablement tools, and digital marketing assets.
Prior experience working with channel partners, distributors, or manufacturer representatives.
