Senior Sales Support Consultant – Rebuilds & Repairs

Responsibilities

Support and drive achievement of the North American Region aftermarket business plan

Monitor industry trends and generate go to market strategies

Ensure alignment amongst regional sales teams, product groups, districts, and dealers

Develop & deploy correct regional go-to-market business plan and sales variance strategies

Resolve issues related to aftermarket services offerings and overall commercial performance

Provide training and mentorship for regional sales teams and Dealer Rebuilds & Repairs Aftermarket Growth Specialists

Requirements

Customer Focus experience, including field facing experience

Problem Solving experience

Strategic Thinking experience

Effective Communication skills

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent

Caterpillar Inc, Cat Dealer or Industry Experience

Progressively responsible job-related experience in the areas of Prime Product Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Technical Support, and/or Strategic Project Management
