Position Overview
As a Relationship Manager II – C&IB within PNC’s Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share while working within stated guidelines to acquire, expand and retain client relationships.
Job Description
Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
Work with clients having moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs, generally with moderate supervision.
Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Handle the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non‑credit products and services.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
Identify and mitigate various risks, including regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being.
Increase client engagement and loyalty through effective relationship building.
Maintain an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to the client.
Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
Analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree. No required certifications or licenses.
