Define the agency’s influencer marketing vision, ensuring strategies align with client objectives and industry best practices.

Translate client goals into actionable influencer plans that drive measurable ROI.

Stay ahead of emerging platforms, tools, and creator trends to keep offerings innovative and competitive.

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Influencer Marketing professionals.

Serve as the senior point of contact for key influencer clients, providing strategic counsel and thought leadership.

Oversee all stages of influencer campaigns, from strategy and talent vetting to execution and measurement.

Requirements

5-7+ years in influencer marketing with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, preferably agency-side.

Proven track record of building and executing high-impact influencer strategies for major brands.

Expert knowledge of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholders.

Skilled presenter and communicator, with experience leading pitches and securing buy-in for bold ideas.

Proficiency with influencer marketing tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN, Meltwater, Lefty, Sprout Social) is a plus.
