About the Role
Care Remedy Inc is looking for a dedicated and passionate DDS Program Manager to join their team in Worthington, MA. Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of Developmental Disability Services (DDS) programs to ensure quality care and compliance

Supervise, mentor, and support direct support professionals and program staff

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans (ISPs) for program participants

Ensure adherence to DDS regulations, state licensing requirements, and agency policies

Coordinate with families, guardians, and external service providers to promote participant well‑being

Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development

Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and program records

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred

Prior experience working within DDS, developmental disabilities, or human services programs

Knowledge of Massachusetts DDS regulations and compliance standards

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Experience supervising staff and managing program operations

Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and individualized support planning

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
