What You'll Do

Greet our clients with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home.

Manage appointment bookings and answer calls confidently and courteously.

Keep our front desk and reception area organized and inviting.

Support bar operations. (must be 21+ to assist with this part)

Assist with retail sales and inventory at the front desk.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service or reception roles preferred.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone presence.

Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Reliable transportation. (no Uber/Lyft)

Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, with hours varying week to week. (from a minimum of 16 to 35 hours)

Schedule Details
This role is based on coverage needs, meaning you'll be scheduled when our regular team members are unavailable. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with potential to work up to 35 hours. Some weeks may have fewer hours, depending on team requirements.
