Responsibilities
Leading our account teams to deliver best‐in‐class social‑first strategy, creative, media, and community strategy.
Responsible for ensuring the output being developed meets our strategic objectives.
Leading the development of Senior Client Relationships and services strategy, using insight to inform account direction.
Leading the commercial management of account scopes, ensuring all scopes of work are delivered and performance is reported.
Supporting the development of the Client Services department through teaching, process iteration and reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
Good understanding of social first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management)
Understanding of the principles of good project management and Client Services
Experience in the commercial running of account work
Proven track record of retaining, developing and ultimately growing accounts
Passionate about improving client experience and relationship development
Ideally experience working with global brands, ideally in FMCG
