Production Technician / Sewing Machine Operator – Forklift

Pay: $15.00/hour to start, guaranteed increase to $16.00/hour after 90 days
No sewing experience? No problem — we will train the right candidate. If you're mechanically inclined, reliable, and ready to learn hands-on equipment, we want to talk to you.
We're hiring a Production Technician to support our greenhouse production team. You'll work with industrial sewing machines, automated production equipment, and a forklift to help manufacture and repair greenhouse products. This is a great fit for someone who likes working with their hands, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to grow into a skilled, higher-paying role.
What You'll Do

Operate industrial sewing machines and automated production equipment (training provided)
Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products (certification provided if needed)
Inspect finished work for quality
Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and light maintenance
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Pitch in on other production/warehouse tasks as needed
What We're Looking For

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Comfortable learning new machines and equipment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Sewing or forklift experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
