Retail Customer Experience Lead

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store supervisor to promote an exceptional customer experience at the front of the store and to lead a team of Associates. You will model outstanding service and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will train and coach Associates on front-end principles, manage POS coverage, and help drive loyalty programs and promotions while maintaining safety and store standards.
