About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Retirement, Bank/Wire Channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a targeted territory sales plan, with a focus on growing the territory through new producer acquisition and increasing market share. This role requires a deep understanding of retirement products, marketing, and resources to support territory development. The RVP will be expected to work closely with the Divisional Vice President, an internal wholesaler, and a sales support specialist to align and execute the sales plan. The position demands 80% field travel, including in-person meetings, group sessions, and seminars with financial professionals and bankers. The RVP must also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a high school diploma, with a college degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years' prior wholesaling experience in the bank and/or wirehouse distribution channels is required, along with FINRA 6 or 7, 63, and Life and Health licenses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent knowledge of the advisor community and industry, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and manage multiple priorities. The role also requires a history of producer contacts in the territory and the ability to meet specific marketing and production objectives.
