Job Description
About the Role

– SiaX is looking for a Sr. Paid Search & Paid Social Strategist to lead the strategy and hands‑on execution of high‑performance paid media campaigns across search and social. You’ll own two connected ecosystems: paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and app store environments) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms). This role is execution‑focused as much as strategic; you’ll be in the platforms daily, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns rather than overseeing them from a distance. You’ll run advanced bidding, automation, audience strategy, and creative testing that drives client growth, and partner closely with Creative, Analytics, and Account teams to keep campaigns evolving and tied to measurable business outcomes.

Your Impact

Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across paid search and paid social, aligning media investment with client business goals and full‑funnel performance.

Plan, build, and manage integrated search and social media plans against growth forecasts to hit the goals and KPIs set with each client.

Build and manage campaigns directly in‑platform, and run day‑to‑day optimization that maximizes efficiency and return on spend across both channels.

Work with Ad Tech and Product teams to implement smart bidding, feed‑based automation, and scripts on search, and to get the most from native platform automation on social, scaling performance while reducing manual lift.

Partner with Creative to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative at the pace paid social demands, treating creative as a primary performance lever, managing ad fatigue, and feeding winning concepts back into the testing cycle.

Own conversion tracking end to end, from implementing tags and events through troubleshooting, partnering with Analytics and Tech to protect data integrity across GA4, GTM, server‑side tracking, and the platform pixels and APIs.

Serve as the primary voice for paid media performance, turning campaign data into clear, executive‑level narratives that connect metrics to business growth.

Work alongside Creative, SEO, Analytics, and Account teams so paid search and paid social reinforce each other and complement broader digital marketing efforts.

Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform betas, and automation changes across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to keep campaigns at the leading edge.

What Success Looks Like

Campaigns consistently meet or exceed the KPIs that matter most to each client – revenue and ROAS, CPA/CPL and lead volume, pipeline and CAC, app installs, or reach and awareness, across both search and social.

Budget pacing, bidding, audience, and targeting frameworks run smoothly and accurately at scale across every platform.

Conversion tracking and reporting deliver clear, actionable insight tied directly to business outcomes.

Creative testing is constant and structured, with winning concepts scaled quickly and fatigued ones retired before performance slips.

Search and social strategies keep evolving through structured testing, data analysis, and platform innovation.

Clients and internal stakeholders see you as a trusted advisor who connects media performance to real business growth.

Documentation, testing roadmaps, and optimization playbooks set repeatable best practices for the wider team.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency or performance marketing environment.

Deep platform expertise across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, and app ecosystems (Apple Search Ads, Google UAC) on the search side, and Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn on the social side, with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit a plus.

Strong command of keyword architecture, query mapping, and bidding models on search, plus audience building, targeting, and creative testing on social.

Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar media budgets with accountability for CPA, CAC, ROAS, and ROI performance.

Proficiency with automation and campaign‑management tools (e.g., SA360, Skai, Marin, Smartly.io, or in‑house API‑based solutions) and native platform automation such as Performance Max, Advantage+, and Smart Performance campaigns.

Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate campaign data into meaningful insights and business recommendations.

Hands‑on experience designing and running A/B tests across ad copy, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Working knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion APIs and server‑side tracking, attribution modeling, and feed‑based automation.
