About 1338Tryon
1338Tryon is a WBENC-certified, woman-owned tangible marketing agency based in Portland, Oregon. We help some of the world’s most innovative brands forge meaningful connections by executing complex marketing programs through activations and tangible engagement experiences, from branded merchandise, company stores and employee experience programs to event asset deployment, inventory management, fulfillment, supply chain management and global logistics.

By deeply understanding each client’s brand, audience, and goals, 1338Tryon delivers strategic, flawless marketing execution across promotional products, display, technology, event support, influencer outreach, print, employee onboarding & retention, CX support, and logistics. The team focuses on being a creative partner rather than a vendor, offering white-glove service and comprehensive support from concepting through global distribution.

As a Certified B Corporation, we believe that how we do business matters. We strive to build programs that are responsible, transparent, and thoughtfully executed because long‑term partnerships are built on trust with our clients, our suppliers, our employees, and the communities we serve.

We’re a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where no task is beneath anyone, including leadership. If you’re looking for a role where every day is different and your work has a visible impact, we’d love to meet you.

We bring energy, joy, and purpose to everything we do—because together, we go further.

Be the change we seek in the world.
We act with intention and courage to build a better future—through our work, our partnerships, and our impact.

Conduct business demonstrating that people and places matter.
We conduct business with respect for our communities, our planet, and the people who power our work.

Always be growing.
We invest in learning, adapting, and evolving—because growth fuels innovation and responsibility.

Always add value.
We don’t just deliver products. We build experiences that matter, that last, and that align with our values.

Never apologize for being awesome!
We celebrate our strengths without arrogance, showing up with confidence, compassion, and accountability.
