Goodwill of the Heartland is seeking a Full‑Time Assistant Store Manager to lead and support a wonderful team at the Clinton, IA location. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to shoppers, donors, and team members, and maintaining an attractive, neatly merchandised store.
The ASM will assist the Store Manager in training, documentation, safety, and supervision in the absence of the Store Manager.
