Repligen is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Manager, Global Talent Management to help shape and elevate the employee experience across our global organization. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to design and deliver talent strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Responsibilities

Lead and support global talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.
Strengthen performance and development practices to drive a high‑performance culture.
Partner with leaders to support effective, data‑informed talent decisions.
Drive enterprise learning strategy and programs that build leadership and organizational capability.
Design and deliver scalable development solutions leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Workday.
Measure program impact and continuously improve engagement and outcomes.
Use workforce data and talent metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Build and deliver reporting and dashboards to inform business decisions.
Translate insights into actionable improvements across talent processes.
Co‑lead internship and early talent programs in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
Enhance program quality, structure, and manager enablement.
Support cross‑functional talent initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement.
What You Bring

8+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness.
Proven experience leading talent or leadership development programs in a global or multi‑site environment.
Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America, is $130,000 – $160,000. Compensation decisions depend on qualifications, location, internal equity, and market data. Employees may also participate in variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and receive equity as part of the compensation package.
