Gratitude Weight Loss Honolulu is looking for a driven and passionate Regional Sales Director to lead growth efforts in the beautiful city of Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders across the region

Lead, coach, and mentor a regional sales team to meet and exceed performance targets

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the weight loss and wellness market

Monitor regional sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report results to senior leadership

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals

Represent the brand at local events, health expos, and community outreach programs

Requirements:

3–5+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM software and data-driven sales reporting

Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve meaningful life changes

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
