LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a retail media sales manager with 5 or more years of experience for our client. This position is hybrid 4 days in office 1 day work from home in Franklin, TN. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of three sales leads responsible for developing new business opportunities, cultivating brand partnerships, and driving revenue for the Retail Media Network.
- Partner with merchants to champion retail media initiatives, providing education and support while identifying key vendor opportunities for engagement.
- Analyze sales and campaign data to optimize market strategies, improve performance, and guide long-term growth initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with media operations, analytics, and product teams to drive successful campaign execution and maximize client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions, including onsite media, offsite media, sponsored search, display advertising, and other retail media offerings.
- Strong proficiency in data-driven selling, utilizing campaign insights and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, retail media, or media sales, preferably within a retail or CPG environment.
