- Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Oversee daily execution, track progress, manage risks, and resolve escalations.

- Coordinate cross-functional and onsite-offshore teams, and maintain high team cohesion.

- Regularly report on status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

- Define program structure, scope, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with business sponsors.

- Ensure resource allocation, budgeting, and ongoing sponsorship alignment.

- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Program Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
