Job Description Coordinate relationship‑management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. Work with clients of moderate risk and complexity under moderate supervision. Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, driving revenue and deepening share of wallet.
Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Provide client insights based on financial well‑being and needs.
Increase client engagement and loyalty.
Build and leverage internal and external networks, including community and industry relationships.
Present the full range of PNC’s products and services.
Use reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert opportunities.
