About the Role
TechTriad is seeking a motivated US IT Staffing Account Manager to manage and grow client accounts while driving business opportunities within the US IT staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and MSP/VMS partners.
- Generate new staffing requirements and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely candidate delivery.
- Negotiate rates, manage client expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records and provide sales/account updates.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing Account Management or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing lifecycle.
- Experience with Direct Clients and/or MSP/VMS accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools is preferred.
