As a Contents Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team that helps people in your community recover after a disaster. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives on teamwork, and finds purpose in making a positive difference in others’ lives.

Job Responsibilities

Make a difference for people whose homes or businesses have been affected by disaster

Complete projects on time and on budget while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism through modern technology

Oversee all aspects of pack-outs, cleaning, digital inventory, and storage of contents

Ensure accurate documentation using industry software

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory integrity

Supervise and train contents technicians to meet IICRC standards

Maintain communication with internal teams, customers, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters

Prepare estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack-backs, and restoration

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 (based on experience and certifications)

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Contents Manager or Contents Lead in restoration

Strong knowledge of pack-out procedures, inventory tracking, and claims documentation

Experience with Xactimate software (a plus)

Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed
