Assistant Operating Director: In-Office Leader & Ops

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD) to lead in-office operations, oversee scheduling, staff development, and client care quality. You will serve as the Operating Director’s second-in-command and partner with Home Base to maintain excellent service as we grow nationwide.
The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, experience managing staff, and a proactive approach to daily operations in a fast-paced home care environment.
