Real-Time Affiliate Lead Converter

Goettl Air Conditioning is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to act as the live conversion layer in our sales operation. You will monitor affiliate lead channels in real time (Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Modernize, and others) and convert warm leads into booked service appointments using AI handoffs.
Based in our Shared Services office in SW Las Vegas, this role supports markets across AZ, NV, and TX.
