Responsibilities

Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as a UiPath/RPA Developer at GDIT.

Design, develop, and administer RPA solutions for GDIT and customer‑managed environments.

Work with UiPath & Microsoft Power Automate tools, including integration with other applications, system administration, report development, and testing.

Collaborate with GDIT and customer personnel to identify business process needs and determine effective automation solutions.

Define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products for stakeholders.

Provide best‑in‑class operations support for automated workflows.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Education:

Technical training, certification(s), or degree (or equivalent experience).

Required Experience:

3–5+ years of related experience.

Required Technical Skills:

Experience with UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.

Programming experience in Python, C#, Java, or C++.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Understanding of software development life‑cycle fundamentals & best practices.

Ability to identify and solve complex problems.

Quick learning of new technologies.

Willingness to obtain UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.

Required Certification:

CompTIA Security+.

Security Clearance Level:

Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance; TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Location:

On customer site at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The likely salary range for this position is $131,248 - $177,570. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40 hours.

Travel required: 10%–25%.

Telecommuting options: Onsite.
