Key responsibilities
Lead the editorial team in producing daily newsletters and weekly publications
Attend community events and represent the organization to enhance brand visibility
Collaborate with the Editorial Director to strategize and improve journalism efforts
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in daily journalism
Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism or a related field
Proficiency in Google, Adobe, and Microsoft tools
Familiarity with WordPress platform preferred
Understanding of issues affecting the Tri-Valley, Alameda County, and Contra Costa County preferred
