Account Manager - Kids Apparel

Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Our client, a popular children's apparel brand, is seeking an Account Manager to join the team in NYC!
**Onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
Review and report on sales, inventory, and margin performance
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to identify business opportunities
Ensure assortments align with sales history, market trends, and margin goals
Identify potential production issues or delays to communicate to retail partners
Monitor inventory levels
Travel locally and domestically to shop the market for trend insights
Create presentations for market insights, competitive analysis, and sales data and present to buyers
Develop growth strategies
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in wholesale or account management
Bachelors Degree required
Prior experience managing Walmart/Sam's Club accounts, or off-price retailers such as Ross and TJ Maxx
High organized and detail-oriented
Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power BI, Python, Tableau, R, etc. is a plus
Retail Link, Simparel system knowledge also a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
