About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Consumer Solutions Strategy to lead the evolution of its consumer strategy on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and advancing the company's consumer strategy across various products, markets, and operating priorities. This role involves close collaboration with leaders in product, technology, data and analytics, marketing, finance, and international teams to translate strategic direction into executable plans and measurable business outcomes. The VP will also be tasked with owning and evolving the global consumer solutions strategy, establishing the enterprise point of view on AI in the consumer space, and governing capital allocation and investment prioritization across the consumer portfolio.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in strategy, corporate development, product strategy, business operations, or P&L leadership, with a strong background in AI/ML and its application in a business context. The role requires advanced financial and business analysis skills, as well as the ability to lead market, competitive, consumer, and regulatory intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating in a global, matrixed environment and be adept at building and leading high-performing teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a graduate degree in a related field. The VP will also be expected to have strong executive communication skills and the ability to represent the company externally with key partners and industry analysts.
