About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Strategy & Performance to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key player in defining and executing the long-term business strategy, with a focus on driving growth and ensuring the success of critical initiatives. This role requires a leader who can partner with the executive team to shape the strategic direction, lead strategic planning processes, and identify opportunities for growth and investment. The SVP will also be responsible for overseeing the strategic portfolio, leading the PMO function, and driving business performance management to achieve measurable outcomes.
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, business operations, PMO, commercial excellence, or related functions. Experience in data, analytics, information services, financial services, fintech, technology, or SaaS environments is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in top-tier management consulting combined with operating leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving growth strategies. Strong executive presence, exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to balance long-term strategy with operational execution are essential. The role also demands a leader who can foster a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement, and who is adept at influencing senior leaders and boards.
