Job Title: Craft Consultant

Sales Execution Specialist Craft Consultants position Mother Road to be a preferred business partner for accounts across Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. They do this through building and maintaining relationships that create value for both parties.
Responsibilities
Account Relationships
Prospecting
New & Non-Buy account research
Google mapping of sales day (Resourceful)
60/40 existing, new
Executes craft consulting objectives, co-created with Chief Sales Officer
Visits 10-15 independent on-premise & off premise accounts daily.
During the visit, executes the Mother Road consulting policies and procedures
Pre-visit procedures
During-visit procedures
Post-visit procedures
Hosts in-person staff trainings for bar and restaurant staff
Hosts in-person samplings at key on premise & off premise chains
Proposes and co-creates programs to strengthen account relationships
Coordinates and executes events at key accounts
Performs hot shots as needed
Picks up sample tickets from respective Hensley warehouses
Event Assistance
Coordinates event materials (table, tablecloth, sampling cups, table decor)
Works with Hensley marketing team to assist in Mother Road display execution
Hensley Relationships
Executes Mother Road consulting policies and procedures with Hensley employees. Including frontline representatives, craft representatives, tell sale, business development and warehouse.
Builds relationships with on and off premise front line reps on a daily basis and executes the Mother Road strategy
Account Tastings, Samplings
Coordinates and executes tell sale tastings
Coordinates and executes new business development tastings
Coordinates and executes samplings as necessary at Total Wine, BevMo, Target, Fry's and other retailers.
Administrative
Prepares daily and weekly ambassador logs
Maintains CRM software database of account contacts, placements and actions
Complies with local and Arizona health regulations; Title 4 Liquor Laws; TTB regulations
Submits all receipts, and all appropriate paperwork
All other duties assigned by Chief Sales Officer

Required Certifications
Arizona Title 4 Basic Training
Food Handler's Card
Cicerone Certified Beer Server
Minimum Abilities and Qualifications
Can maneuver 165lbs and team lift 165lbs
Can lift 35lbs independently from floor, at waist level, and above waist
Agile enough to twist, crouch, bend and stoop multiple times per day
Can stand (occasionally outdoors), sit, or operate a vehicle for 8+ hours per day
Occasional travel for meetings and events
Occasional travel outside designated region as required
Reliable vehicle for transportation
Reliable smartphone and laptop
