Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chino Hills, CA, for a Mortgage Account Executive. In this role, you will focus on building and managing strong B2B relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, referral partners, and other lending professionals to drive loan production and grow market share.
Key responsibilities Developing and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, and other referral partners
Presenting and promoting True Prime Mortgage’s loan programs and competitive advantages
Acting as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, providing product knowledge and support
Collaborating with internal operations and underwriting teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
Driving business growth by identifying new partnership opportunities and strengthening existing ones
Meeting and exceeding production goals while representing the True Prime brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications Proven track record in client relationship management and B2B sales
Strong understanding of mortgage programs (FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, and commercial lending)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/relationships simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
Established network within the mortgage or real estate industry is highly advantageous
