Content Enablement Specialist

Duration: 7-month contract with possibility for extension

Job Description
We are seeking a Content Enablement Specialist to support enterprise knowledge management and AI-powered content initiatives. This role combines content creation, technical enablement, GenAI support, and content operations to improve content quality, consistency, and user experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain enterprise knowledge content within the Knowledge Management platform

Develop AI‑ready content using established templates, metadata, and content standards

Support onboarding and training for business teams using the Knowledge Management platform

Guide users on content authoring best practices and publishing processes

Support GenAI capabilities including AI‑generated content, smart tagging, metadata generation, and content optimization

Test AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usability

Execute testing of content workflows and platform enhancements

Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvements

Monitor content quality, engagement, and performance metrics

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve content operations

Requirements

Experience with Knowledge Management or enterprise content management platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Experience supporting content operations or documentation processes

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Experience with GenAI tools or AI‑enabled workflows is preferred

Experience in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or healthcare is a plus
