The Sales/Marketing Director is responsible for driving census growth through outreach, networking, tours, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who understands the senior living landscape and can confidently guide families through the decision‑making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabs, physicians, and senior service providers
- Conduct tours, follow‑ups, and support families through admissions
- Attend community events, networking functions, and outreach activities
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and online listings
- Maintain CRM data and track lead activity
