Sales Executive, e-Discovery Litigation Support - Regional Vice President

Overview
IST Management is hiring for Sales Executive – Regional Vice President roles on our national e‑Discovery and Litigation Support sales team. This senior level position offers up to 16% uncapped commission and a 30% commission on any e‑Discovery processing/hosting revenue sold within the first six months of employment.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role include:

Manage and grow an existing book of business, targeting approximately $1M+ per year in e‑Discovery, Managed Document Review, and/or Digital Forensics services.

Identify and close new business opportunities for IST's full suite of litigation support services.

Maintain client relationships and drive revenue growth in assigned territories.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and ensure client satisfaction.

Occasional travel, including air travel.

Qualifications

Existing book of business in e‑Discovery/Litigation Support with annual revenue of $1M+.

Diploma or GED equivalent.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation
Base salary is negotiable and competitive, ranging from $85,000 to $200,000+ USD per year based on performance and projected revenue.

Commissions are up to 16% on full suite sales and are completely uncapped.

Benefits

Seven paid holidays plus 23 days of Paid Time Off per year, accrued at 3.54 hours per week.
