Remote CX Growth Programs Manager

Applied Labs is seeking a Manager for CX Growth Programs to lead CX-driven growth across Golden Pet brands. The role offers remote or hybrid work, with proximity to El Segundo or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA.
You’ll translate CX strategy into a prioritized roadmap focused on subscriber health, engagement, and lifetime value. You will own in-box and post‑purchase experiences, manage gifting and samples, and collaborate with Product, Brand, and Marketing to align messaging.
