$18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus commissions & overtime eligibility
REICO Kitchen and Bath is looking for a kitchen and bath designer and sales professional for our Charlottesville showroom. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing, and/or interior design. This person will generate sales leads, assist with customer walk‑ins, and manage retail projects from initial contact through design and billing. The role involves working closely with contractors and builders, designing with 2020/CAD, ordering products, scheduling deliveries, communicating with customers, selling fixtures and accessories, and cultivating positive customer experiences while earning commissions and building their business.
Responsibilities

Generate sales leads and cold‑call prospects.
Assist with customer walk‑ins and manage retail projects from initial contact through design and billing.
Work closely with contractors and builders.
Design using 2020/CAD.
Order products and schedule deliveries.
Communicate with customers to sell fixtures and accessories.
Cultivate positive customer experiences and earn commissions.
Qualifications

AutoCAD and/or 2020 design experience (preferred, intermediate).
Strong sales experience, including cold calling.
Excellent customer service skills.
Account and time management experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Adaptability to a fast‑paced work environment.
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Experience generating sales leads.
Knowledge of kitchen & bath design and remodeling.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and reliable transportation for client sites and other locations.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Interior Design preferred (Bachelor’s a plus).
Minimum of 2 years solid customer service experience.
