Leading the product strategy and commercial growth of antibody expression and protein services, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will manage the product roadmap, define service offerings, and drive growth through effective go-to-market strategies while residing in the United States and being willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for foundational antibody expression and protein solutions
Drive growth of core antibody expression services through service packaging, customer segmentation, and regional go-to-market plans
Partner with R&D and production teams to enhance service quality, scalability, and customer experience
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree in life sciences, protein science, molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field; PhD or MS preferred
8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or commercial strategy within life science tools or biologics research services
Strong understanding of antibody expression and production workflows
Familiarity with advanced antibody and protein formats, including bispecific antibodies and Fc-fusion proteins
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear product positioning and commercial strategies
