Job Summary Under close supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director, External Communications, this internship exposes the individual to all aspects of design, digital, and social media platforms, including game‑day services, fan engagement, and enhancement for all UC Davis men’s and women’s Intercollegiate Athletic sports programs.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in design, photography, and other multi‑media platform segments.
Experience on Macintosh computers; familiarity with both macOS and Windows is preferred.
Excellent writing, editing, typing, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
Quick decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to interpret and manage brand standards.
Strong familiarity with the most common social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications UC Davis graduate.

Department Overview The UC Davis Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) in partnership with the Associated Students, University of California, Davis (ASUCD) has established new full‑time staff positions referred to as ICA & ASUCD Fellowships. Work Environment UC Davis is a smoke and tobacco free campus effective January 1, 2014.
