As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor at Partner level (or a Senior Associate ready to step up) to lead and expand our employment offering across the firm.

The Role
As an Employment Partner, you will play a key role in developing and leading the firm’s employment law services. You will handle a broad and high‑quality caseload, while also driving strategic growth and team development.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Advising employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment law

Managing both contentious and non‑contentious matters, including:

Tribunal claims

Redundancy and restructuring

Disciplinary and grievance processes

Employment contracts, policies, and handbooks

Settlement agreements

Developing and growing the department through business development and networking

Key Requirements
We are looking for a commercially‑minded and driven solicitor who is ready to take ownership of a department and contribute at a strategic level.

You Will Ideally Have

Significant post‑qualification experience in employment law

A strong background advising employer clients

Experience managing complex and sensitive matters independently

A track record of business development and client relationship management

The ambition and capability to lead and grow a department

Excellent communication skills and a practical, solutions‑focused approach
