Senior Strategic Accounts Growth Executive

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Strategic Accounts to own relationships and drive revenue growth across a book of enterprise clients. This quota-carrying role blends 85% expansion within existing accounts with 15% net-new development.
You will partner with Sales leadership and Customer Excellence, lead executive engagements, run discovery workshops, forecast pipeline, and travel regularly for QBRs and on-site strategy sessions.
