Senior AV Event Operations Lead

Encore Global in Chicago seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will directly supervise the technical team to ensure smooth event execution, safety, and operational efficiency.
This role includes coordinating event setup, managing workflow, and training technicians on Encore’s standards. On-site work, occasional travel to venues, and a focus on delivering world-class service are required.
