Senior AV Event Operations Lead

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, supervise the technical team, and ensure exceptional customer service for events at our venue. You will coordinate setup, run-of-show execution, and post-event wrap, while mentoring technicians and upholding Encore standards.
The role requires AV experience and strong leadership; familiarity with venue operations and safety best practices is essential. On-site duties may involve irregular hours to support events.
