Application window closes on 19 Jul 2026. The Integrated Marketing Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for Medtronic’s Structural Heart portfolio.
Job Summary
The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams—including product management, medical education, clinical, legal, regulatory, and creative—to develop and deliver cohesive, multi‑channel campaigns that advance business objectives. Responsibilities include campaign strategy, messaging development, asset creation, digital tactics, and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of campaigns with established objectives and KPIs, and manage execution of tactics across multiple channels for product launches, brand initiatives, and business growth.
Assist with campaign planning by building timelines, coordinating deliverables, identifying risks, and ensuring projects launch on time and on budget.
Contribute to the development and refinement of compelling messaging and content for clinicians, patients, and key stakeholders, aligned to brand strategy, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including product management, legal, clinical, regulatory, and creative teams—to execute cohesive marketing initiatives.
Manage digital marketing tactics and assets, including websites, email campaigns, social media content, and paid media programs, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal creative teams to ensure deliverables are high quality, on brand, cost‑effective, and strategically aligned.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal processes, quality standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor campaign and market performance, adapting tactics as needed to respond to changing business needs and opportunities.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a highly regulated industry (preferred).
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Working knowledge of social channels and strategies (paid, organic, programmatic).
Experience developing objectives, work plans, and metrics aligned with business objectives.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary range (U.S., excluding Puerto Rico): $94,400 – $141,600.
