We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven National Project Logistics Pricing Manager to lead pricing operations across all modes of transport and cargo classifications. This role is responsible for managing the national pricing team, driving procurement and supplier strategies, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing solutions, and providing commercial guidance for quotations, tenders, and customer opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the national Project Logistics Pricing team, fostering a high-performance and solution-oriented culture.
Oversee pricing activities across air, ocean, road, charter, breakbulk, and specialized cargo solutions to ensure competitive and profitable outcomes.
Drive supplier sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations to secure best-in-class service, cost efficiency, and compliance standards.
Serve as the primary pricing escalation point for internal stakeholders, supporting strategic customer opportunities, bids, and tenders.
Monitor pricing performance, win/loss ratios, margins, and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve commercial results.
Collaborate with sales, operations, customer excellence, and business unit leaders to optimize pricing strategies and strengthen market competitiveness.
Lead strategic supplier engagements, RFQ processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring pricing data integrity and process compliance.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation operations, with a strong background in pricing and procurement.
3+ years of leadership experience managing pricing, commercial, procurement, or logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, margin management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Proven negotiation and supplier management expertise, with the ability to build strategic partnerships and secure competitive service agreements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive business growth.
