Job Description
As the first People & Talent hire, you will build the talent acquisition function and people operations foundation from scratch. You'll partner with founders to source top‑tier talent, design interview processes, and manage global people operations across multiple geographies. This is a hands‑on role defining the culture and scaling a high‑growth organization.

What You Will Do

Cultivate the company culture and team rituals to maintain high engagement across a distributed, international workforce.

The ideal candidate

Proven experience in talent acquisition and people operations at a high‑growth startup, specifically building functions from the ground up.

Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage complex cross‑border employment and payroll across the US and Europe.

Exceptional judgment in identifying high‑caliber talent and a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
