What You'll Do Implement organic social media campaigns to drive product awareness, brand affinity, thought leadership, customer care, and community engagement.
Work alongside the Marketing Communications team and creative resources to develop engaging content.
Help build relationships with influencers and key audiences, including farmers, media, agriculture associations, crop protection retailers, and advocates.
Listen and respond to social media conversations and draw insights from broader conversations about our industry and other focus areas.
Assist in efforts to analyze, report, and recommend improvements to social media strategy and implementation to meet the demands of an evolving landscape.
Collaborate with others within US Marketing to establish and oversee a calendar of compelling content for distribution on the US commercial social media channels.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of social media management experience in a medium-to-large organization or agency.
Proficiency with social media management and listening tools such as Sprout Social.
Proficiency building reports using data from social media channels and other sources.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
Comfortable with technology and excellent computer aptitude (Microsoft Office; willingness to learn other applications).
Effective communicator with proven experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, team environment.
What Makes You Stand Out Previous experience in "paid" social media.
Previous knowledge and experience within the Agricultural industry.
Work Authorization & Relocation VISA sponsorship is not available for this position. A relocation package is not offered.
