Supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Requirements Management Lead will manage requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation activities while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation across multiple project workstreams
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business and technical requirements
Develop and manage the Contractor Requirements Traceability Matrix (CRTM) to ensure complete traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Five years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or systems analysis within complex technology environments
Experience in gathering and managing functional and technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
Experience developing requirements traceability matrices and business process documentation
Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance
