Senior Relationship Manager UHNWI Onshore – Private Bank, Zurich

Position based in Zurich
As part of a request from one of our clients, a leading banking institution, we are seeking a Relationship Manager UHNWI Onshore.

This role focuses on managing and developing an onshore private client portfolio. The bank is looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of financial markets and banking products/services, as well as a robust local network and a strong business development mindset.

Your responsibilities

Acquire, manage, and develop a portfolio of UHNWI clients in the Swiss onshore market.

Develop a dynamic and ambitious growth strategy (networking, attending events, prospecting, etc.).

Identify opportunities and provide comprehensive advice on investments and financial planning.

Your profile

Banking education with a professional certification.

A successful track record of at least 7 to 10 years in a Swiss bank managing and developing a private client portfolio (onshore).

Local experience, a proven track record, and a strong existing network are

essential

for this role.

In-depth knowledge of banking services and products (mandates, financial products, funds, credit, etc.).

Strong client network in Switzerland.

Entrepreneurial mindset, a “hunter” profile, capable of achieving the bank’s growth objectives.

Excellent client relationship skills.

Swiss residency or valid work permit (CH).
